Returns & Refunds
We want every piece to be worth giving. If something arrives in less than good order — damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered — write to us at hello@ashcroftandvane.com within 30 days of delivery and it will be put right without ceremony: a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Change of mind: unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for the return address; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Low-value items: for items under $30 we may simply refund or replace without requiring a return — we would rather not make you queue at the post office over a lapel pin.
Non-returnable: gift cards, and any item marked final sale.
Damaged or lost in transit: covered in full. A photograph of the damage speeds things considerably.
