Shipping Policy

Where we ship: the United States. (Further shores in due course.)

Cost: complimentary on orders over $50. Below that, a flat $4.95.

Timing: orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Most pieces arrive within 7–14 days of dispatch — each is boxed, sealed, and sent with tracking, which you will receive by email the moment it ships. The good ones are worth the post.

Occasions: ordering for a wedding or a fixed date? Allow a comfortable three weeks, or write to hello@ashcroftandvane.com and we will advise honestly on whether it will arrive in time.

Lost or delayed parcels: if tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us — we replace or refund lost parcels in full.
